Denty's Best Moments
"My favourite moment for Gloucestershire has to be winning the Royal London Cup in 2015. It wasn't only the day of the final that was so memorable, we had so many amazing games along the way which added to the whole thing."
"We had a last ball thriller vs Leicestershire, a crazy rain affected game against Derbyshire, in which we just crept over the line. Then beating Hampshire and Yorkshire in the quarter and semi-final was an incredible effort."
"Gaining promotion to the 1st Division in 2019 has to come a very close second. Again it was the whole campaign that made it so special. We had so many incredible games. Both games at Cheltenham were nail biters and we were able to get over the line in both of them. We also had a great chase vs Derbyshire near the back end of the season which gave us a huge boost in the promotion race. It was a real team effort to gain promotion that year and I think that's what made it so special."
"Lastly, having the chance to captain the club was a fantastic moment and something I will always be very proud of. It was a great four years and I am so pleased with what we were able to achieve in that time. I was very lucky to have such a great bunch of guys to captain, which made the job a lot easier and more enjoyable."
